Daily Start
The core of the app: a short habit list and the daily check-in.
- Up to three tracked habits
- One-tap daily check-in
- Mood entry with a short note
- Weekly progress view
Build daily wellness habits that actually hold: tick them off in seconds, note how you felt, and watch the pattern appear.
What using it looks like between waking up and going to bed.
Add the handful of things you want to do today — water, stretch, walk, read — and tick them off with one tap. No scoring, no ranking, just today's list.
Pick how the day felt and add a line or two about why. Over a few weeks those lines turn into something you can look back on and recognise.
Reminders land at the times you choose and in the words you choose. Change them, snooze them or switch them off for a day without losing the habit.
Simple weekly and monthly views that show which habits are holding, which slip on which days, and how your mood sits alongside them.
Group habits into a morning, an evening or a training routine, and reorder them as your week changes. The app follows your shape, not a template.
Most routines fail on the third week, and almost never because someone stopped caring. They fail because the plan was built for the best version of a Tuesday — the one with time, energy and nothing unexpected in it.
Verrida is built the other way round. You start with two or three habits small enough to be boring, and the app's only job is to make finishing them take five seconds. A tick. A word about how it went. Nothing to set up again tomorrow.
What grows from that is a record. After a fortnight you can see that the evening walk holds every day except the ones you work late, and that the days you sleep badly are the days you skip everything. That is the useful part — not the streak, but knowing where the routine actually bends.
Pick the one that matches how much structure you want.

For people running several routines across a week.
For workplaces and groups running a shared wellbeing programme.
Ask us about any of these through the form below and we will tell you exactly what is included.
There is no leaderboard, and no badge for a hundred perfect days. A streak counter that resets to zero punishes the exact moment you need the app most — the week you were ill, travelling or simply tired.
So a missed day in Verrida is a missed day. The routine is still there tomorrow, in the same order, and the weekly view shows the gap without dressing it up as a failure.
Verrida is also not a medical or therapy tool. It records what you do and how you say you felt, and it shows that back to you clearly. It does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for talking to a professional. If you are working with one, the journal is a useful thing to bring along — that is the honest limit of it.

Someone from the Verrida team will get in touch shortly by email.
No. Verrida is built to survive gaps. Nothing resets, nothing is deleted, and the weekly view simply shows the days you checked in and the days you did not.
Two or three, small enough that a bad day cannot break them. You can add more once the first ones stop needing a reminder — the app is designed to be added to, not filled in at the start.
No. It is a habit and mood tracker. It records what you enter and shows it back to you, and it does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.
Your entries are tied to your own account and shown back to you inside the app. What we store and for how long is set out on the privacy page linked below — and if something there is unclear, ask us through the form.
